Project Description – Warren Street: In an effort to maintain the historic elements of the building, Onekey, LLC., restored the architectural brick facade. The conversion of this existing five-story loft brick building to a 30,000 sq thirteen-story residential building resulted in twelve luxury loft apartments. Complete with fireplaces, terraces, balconies and spectacular views of the Hudson River and the new Freedom Tower, this building has been designed by Manuel Glas and will offer spacious one and two bedrooms with full kitchens and living/dining rooms. This attractive brick exterior building will follow with the development of this downtown, Warren and Greenwich neighborhood. The first floor has a spacious lobby and common first floor recreation room and individual cellar storage units.
This sixteen-month project involved phased demolition and concrete footing construction and the erection of steel columns and beams. High-end windows and finishes were installed. The original brick facade has been restored to its original opulence. The new addition from the fifth floor up has matching brick.
